Corinne received her first Breyer horse model as a kid of about age 7, and homemade rubberband halters and yarn bridles appeared shortly thereafter. She continued to work at improving the play tack, using vinyl and cast off leather items as additional sources of materials. It was in 1985 that she discovered the model horse hobby through an ad in a horse magazine called Horse Illustrated. Inspired by what she found there, tack creations became even more realistic, and the process continues today.
A graduate of Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pa., Corinne has had much experience with all breeds of horses. Her main interests are riding dressage and driving. While she is a fan of the warmblood, she admires an athletic individual of any breed. She spent time in Switzerland with dressage and jumping horses, and Florida and South Carolina with Grand Prix dressage horses. More recently, she has been both riding and driving a pair of English Shire draft horses.
