Payment
Payment should be made to Corinne Ensor, by USPS money order or personal check, in U.S. funds. Electronic payment, including those by credit card, accepted via PayPal. When paying by personal check, item will be held until it clears my bank before shipping unless I have done business with you before. Items paid by Money Order and Paypal are typically shipped the next business day after receipt.

Email Holds
An item will be placed on hold for 2 days for payment to arrive via Paypal, 10 days for a check or USPS money order. If nothing is received after this time, the item will be put back up for sale. .

Refunds
Satisfaction guaranteed. If for some reason it is not, any unshown tack may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less postage. Please contact Shoebox Saddlery first before returning any packages. The item(s) must be returned in the same good condition as it was sent. The showing or taking of photos for showing purposes negates this return policy. Damage due to shipping will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Repairs
Shoebox Saddlery items can be repaired if they have become damaged or possibly updated, for a fee. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis, please email with any questions. .

Trades
I am accepting trade offers of my tack for the following items at this time. If you have something you think I might be interested in, please email and send pictures of your model.
