Email holds--an item will be placed on hold for up to 10 days for payment to arrive. If nothing is received after this time, the item will be put back up for sale.
Refunds--Satisfaction guaranteed. If for some reason it is not, any unshown tack may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less postage. Please contact Shoebox Saddlery first before returning any packages. The item(s) must be returned in the same good condition as it was sent. The showing or taking of photos for showing purposes negates this return policy. Damage due to shipping will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Repairs--Shoebox Saddlery items can be repaired if they have become damaged or to be updated if possible, for a fee. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis, please email with any questions.
